Asian Games Gold: Japan vs Iran

From the FIVB:

Japan needed four sets to see off Iran and clinch the gold medal in the men’s Volleyball tournament at the 16th Asian Games in Guangzhou, China on Friday. The side, which came through a tough five-setter against Korea in the semifinals on Wednesday, came out on top 3-1 (25-19, 25-13, 23-25, 25-18) to clinch their first Asian Games gold medal in the men’s edition since 1994, ending Korea’s dominance of the competition, which they won on the last two occasions in 2006 and 2002. For Iran it is the second time they have been denied gold after picking up silver in 1958 and 2002 and it is their third medal overall after picking up bronze in 1966.
