So it’s called “baguan” or “cupping therapy”! We used to call it “The Glass Sucking Muscle Therapy”! Hahaha! We had to ask Gavin Schmitt about how the baguan works. Gladly he took time to describe it and shared some PICS!

Some of the exercises are easy to perform but there’s one or two which we find difficult to do. But again, if you’re determined to achieve your goals then YOU CAN DO IT! Seriously, this chick is FIERCE!
Girlfriend really needs to bring PICKLE JUICE when she plays! We did a research and we’ve learned that in the last few months Zhang has experienced cramps in 3 important matches. That’s a lot! Knowing she’s playing great, no more cramps please!

It looks so easy! If you have the patience to achieve your goal on jumping higher and hitting harder when you play volleyball, then for sure you can do it! If you want to jump high & hard like Marshall & Ruiz, watch the VIDEO!
