Why Zibi? Why?
Knowing that Italian League has been having financial troubles within last few years, we hope ZIBI is making the RIGHT DECISION.
Just like his Bartosz Kurek who will play in the Italian League for Macerata, Zibi received an offer from Casa Modena which he could not decline.
Source says…
“Zibi received offers from Italia, Russia and Turkey but he chose to play in Italy after checking with Coach Anastasi. This is going to be a big step for the 26 year old because after playing for 3 years in the Polish League he is going to play abroad again.”
As for his salary, both parties declined to provide any information.
Source adds that it could be in the $500,000-$600,000 range.
“I hope it all works out for Zibi knowing that a lot of Italian club teams have experienced financial problems. His former club team Resovia tried to counteroffer but it just didn’t work for Zibi.” ends the source.
