A new chapter in the life of the French opposite.
Polish club team Zaksa has officially announced that they have decided not to renew Antonin Rouzier’s contract for next season. The team did not reveal the main reason but rumor has it’s either because of his so-so performance last season or he is not in the best shape at all.
As for Antonin’s camp, he is currently recovering from an injury and will soon join the French team at the European Champs in September.
He also released this statement on his FB Page:
Thank you Zaksa’s fans for all your support during this 2 amazing seasons, i’ve really enjoyed playing in blue, red & white! I will always remember! It’s not my wish to leave, I promise I will be back in Poland soon!

While playing for Zaksa in the last 2 years, he was a vice-champion and Polish Cup winner in the season 2012/2013. Last season, he finished 4th with Zaksa in the Champions League.
During the 2011/2012 season, the 26 year old was the best scorer in the Polish League and was named as the best spiker of the Champions League the season after.
Antonin has not announced his plans for next season.
