Oh No!
We’ve been informed that German opposite hitter Jochen Schöps may need SURGERY after an elevator incident where he slipped and fell last Monday.
The incident took place at the hotel where Jochen and his Polish club team Resovia stayed for their Champions League match.
Source tells Volleywood:
“He is very said about his current diagnosis. He will most likely need surgery for his shoulder. He will NOT be able to represent Germany at the European Olympic Qualification in front of their home fans.
This is such a very difficult for Jochen as far as his career is concerned.”
At the moment, Resovia has NOT made an announcement on who will replace the 32 year old.
