Well Hello There Kurek, Bartman and Friends!
In case you didn’t know, Coach Anastasi’s squad has been training hard to prepare for the 2011 season. The new Polish squad is composed of the following:
Zbigniew Bartman, Michal Bakiewicz, Fabian Drzyzga, Marcel Gromadowski, Piotr Gruszka, Piotr Hain, Krzysztof Ignaczak, Bartosz Janeczek, Jakub Jarosz, Karol Klos, Grzegorz Kosok, Michal Kubiak, Bartosz Kurek, Mateusz Mika, Marcin Mozdzonek, Piotr Nowakowski, Michal Ruciak, Pawel Woicki, Pawel Zatorski and Lukasz Zygadlo.
We expect a stronger Polish team this season knowing that their performance at the 2010 World Championship was forgettable. Although the team is composed of mainly new faces, we hope Kurek, Gruszka, Bartman and Zygadlo have what it takes to lead and help the team finish strong in tournaments like the World League and European Championship.
It’s not going to be easy for Polska but we hope the amount of time they spend in the gym pays off. We know they are working hard and training hard. Click THIS to check out their schedule.

In case you’re wondering where Zygadlo is, we believe he’s still taking a break after winning the Italian League a few days ago with Trentino Volley.
