So it’s called “baguan” or “cupping therapy”! We used to call it “The Glass Sucking Muscle Therapy”! Hahaha! We had to ask Gavin Schmitt about how the baguan works. Gladly he took time to describe it and shared some PICS!

Some of the exercises are easy to perform but there’s one or two which we find difficult to do. But again, if you’re determined to achieve your goals then YOU CAN DO IT! Seriously, this chick is FIERCE!
