USA Volleyball has also been in contact with the Brazil Volleyball Federation, the U.S. consulate’s office in Brazil and the Brazilian hospital for additional information on the situation. From what we have gathered, we expect a full recovery by Stacy and her Brazilian pro teammates. Stacy is an iconic member of our U.S. Women’s National Volleyball Team and is one of our most engaging players with the fans. She is a key member of the team as it competes to qualify for the 2012 Olympic Games.” – USAV CEO Doug Beal
