We got hungry after reading her recipe and started imagining ourselves eating one cookie or 2 or 3 or 4 or okay fine we can EAT a dozen!
2 Time Olympic Gold Medalist, KERRI WALSH, has shared her Wheat-Free Peanut Butter Cookie recipe to Fit Sugar as part of their Get For For 2011 Challenge.
Super Delicious Still Nutritious!
Take note, her recipe doesn’t include flour which we guess makes the cookies healthier to feast on.
RECIPE:
1 egg
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips — optional
