Jump Training Video

According to our research, Martin is one of the few beach players who can pull off the JUMP set in the sand. We like that! Our Canadian BB is very talented!

Anyways, this is what Martin says about this Jump Training:

This is my strength progression in both the squat and push press topped off with an explosive squat jump with elastic resistance.

“This is a part of my strength phase and I am currently shifting my focus to power and explosiveness as my season is drawing closer. This is why we are using the elastic bands which require a lighter squat load but apply a lot of resistance at the top range of the squat. This video is not intended to direct you, demonstrate form or prove anything. I do what I do because I love it and feel it provides me with the best fitness level I need to compete.”
