She never publicly spoke about this but we’ve been told Volleywood’s Best Female Player of 2016 from China, Zhu Ting, has a heart of pure gold.
“She is the world’s best player right now but she is one of the kindest people you would ever know when she’s not playing volleyball. Zhu gets paid a lot of money BUT she makes it a point to share some of her income to the poor back in her hometown, Henan.” says the source.
If that’s the case, no wonder she has a very successful career which includes winning the 2015 FIVB World Cup, 2016 Olympics, 2016/2017 CEV Champions League and 2017 FIVB Club World Champs. She was also named as the MVP for each of the aforementioned tourneys.
