As we all know, 2016 was not Camila’s year since she was not part of the Olympic team despite playing with the team for so many years. Coach ZRG chose Leia to play the libero position.
Fast forward to today, Camila ended her professional season last Sunday with Vôlei Nestlé by finishing second against defending champions, Rexona Ades Rio.
Despite the loss, there’s even a GREATER news for Camila’s year. SHE IS PREGNANT!!!! Yes, she played pregnant in the final match BUT will now take a break. Brait will not compete at the Club World Championship and will now focus on her upcoming baby with husband Caio Conca.
The sex of the baby has not been revealed nor the due date. It’s safe to say that Camila will NOT be playing during the 2017-2018 season.
