Polish hottie & outside hitter Michal Kubiak turned 26 yesterday, February 23rd, and one of the most amazing gifts he received on his special day was a baby daughter.

We’re not kidding!

His girlfriend gave birth to a healthy baby girl on Michal’s big day.

A baby is the most wonderful gift of all.
