Olympic Champion Fe Garay Is Now Married

Congrats to Fe and Marcio!

The couple tied the knot last Saturday in front of their families and closest friends at the Centro De Porto Alegre in the city of Porto Alegre, the state capital of Rio Grande do Sul. The reception was held at the Igreja Sao Pedro.

The 2012 Olympic Champion Fe invited some of her volleyball club teammates like Fabiana Claudino, libero Leia, middle blocker Walewska, Joycinha and American player Nicole Fawcett (she is on the same club team as Fe Garay).

To our surprise, some of Garay’s longtime teammates like Jaque, Thaisa, Sheilla and Dani Lins attended the wedding. Jaque is based in Rio because she is part of Dancing With The Stars but we’re not sure about the rest.

Fe Garay is expected to rejoin the national team next year.
