The 2 time Olympic medalist got engaged over a week ago and she shared some pics on her IG with these words:
“Still in disbelief one week later! The Lord has blessed me with the greatest man and I’m so excited to go through life’s journey with him!”
We don’t have much info about Foluke’s Mr. Right but all we know for now is that his name is John or Johnny.
The proposal took place at the Woodmark Hotel & Still Spa in Kirkland, Washington.
Some of the well wishers include Foluek’s teammates like Christa Harmotto Dietzen, the expecting Kristin Richards Hildebrand, 2016 Olympic silver medalist Bojana Zivkovic and Bulgarian player Dobriana Rabadzhieva.
No word yet on when the wedding will be.
As of press time, Foluke is currently taking a break with the National Team and missing the ongoing FIVB Grand Prix. She may return in the upcoming Volleyball Cup or the World Grand Champions Cup in September.
