After almost a year, the Dutch lefty is finally back!

In case you didn’t know, Maret broke her Achilles tendon last January 14th, 2014 during a CEV Champions League match with her French club team RC Cannes versus Turkey’s Galatasaray.

The Injury

She’s Back!

After the surgery, she went through therapy which almost lasted for a year.

Maret pretty much missed the rest of the season with her club team, she did not play with the Dutch at the World Grand Prix and also missed her chance competing at the 2014 World Championship (she had a minor surgery before the tournament).
