디자인 감각을 지닌 대한민국 젊은이를 대상으로 한 이번 공모전은 스타마케팅의 일환으로 시즌 전 문성민 선수를 활용하여 배구 붐을 조성하고, 프로구단이 본격적으로 브랜드 사업을 진행하는 시발점으로 기획됐다.
최종 선발되는 6개 작품에 대해 대상에게는 장학금 500만원, 우수상(2점)각200만원,장려상(3점)각100만원 등 총1,200만원의 장학금이 지급된다.
심사를 위해 패션전문가를 심사위원장으로 하고, 배구담당기자 등으로 구성된 전문 심사위원회를 두어 심사의 공신력을 높였으며, 총2차에 거쳐 진행된다. 우선, 1차로 티셔츠 디자인을 제출하고, 마감은 10월31일(월)이다.
