It’s NOT cheap!
According to a source, Bulgarian volleyball superstar and 2012 My Volleywood Idol Matey Kaziyski is reportedly planning on getting a new car.
His “dream car” is the Mercedes SLS-AMG. We don’t know which version he’s getting but the outside hitter will no doubt spend more than $250,000.
The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG is a front-engine, 2-seater luxury grand tourer automobile developed by Mercedes-AMG of German automaker Mercedes-Benz and is the first Mercedes-Benz automobile designed in-house by AMG. The car, which has gull-wing doors is the successor to the Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren and is described by Mercedes-Benz as a spiritual successor to the Mercedes-Benz 300SL Gullwing. SLS stands for “Sport Leicht Super” (Sport Light Super). The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG is assembled in Sindelfingen, Germany.
The vehicle was unveiled at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show and sales began in mid-2010 in Europe and in the United States in mid-2011. Mercedes presented at the 2012 Paris Motor Show an electric version of the car, named Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Electric Drive.
The source adds:
“Matey has had great cars in the past like the Audi Q7 but right now he really wants to buy the Mercedes one. He has the money to purchase it and will for sure cruising with it in Italy with his girlfriend.”
All we can say is the we don’t mind at all if Matey takes us for a ride.

In case you didn’t know, Matey will play in the Italian League this coming season with Trentino Volley. The team will be coached by Radostin Stoytchev and has also hired other well known Volleywood stars like Lukasz Zygadlo, Sebastian Sole and Martin Nemec.
