Tragic and Heartbreaking!
The libero of CV Mitteldeutschland Dennis Hefter has died after getting hit by a train in the German city Leuna.
The 21 year old reportedly was on his way home from training when he decided to take a shorter route via the track at Leuna-Werke Nord train station.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Hefter played for the junior team 2 years ago and was also part of the senior team’s preliminary roster back in 2013.
