First of all, HAPPY BIRTHDAY BARTOSZ!
The Polish star player turns 25 today (August 29th).
We’ve seen him hit the hardest spikes, his crazy jump serves and his unforgettable volleyball moments, so for his birthday we decided to share these pics of Kurek enjoying his new found hobby. “After reading and knowing so many athletes who enjoy golf I decided to try for myself. It is indeed something special, and I became a huge fan of the game.” says the outside hitter.

In case you didn’t know, Kurek and Poland have been practicing for the 2013 European Champs which they will co-host together with Denmark.
”We are steadily preparing for EuroVolley. Coach Anastasi gives us weekends off sometimes so we have time to clear our heads and avoid the pressure. For me it’s the golf and all of my teammates have various hobbies”.
Poland won the bronze medal 2 years ago, will they win it again?
