These 2 new changes are brought to you by NCAA Volleyball!
According to this article, liberos will wear solid-color jerseys starting in 2013. The change is to help officials from getting confused & will help them distinguish the liberos from the other players.
The other change is that effective in 2012, referees will point first to the team serving the point and then signal the call (USA Volleyball and the FIVB use this rule).
These are great changes!
