Has Cristian Savani retired from the National Team?
We read a report from a few days ago that the Savani will no longer play for Italy and will now focus on his professional career with, Al Rayyan, a club team in Qatar who recently finished 2nd at the Asian Club World Champs and will compete at the Club World Champs next month in Brazil.
If Cristian has indeed retired, we will miss him for sure.
On the other hand, Coach Berruto’s Preliminary Roster is still loaded with a lot of talented players which includes star player Ivan Zaytsev, Dragan Travica, Simona Parodi, Luca Vettori and hottie Filippo Lanza.
Italy will compete at 2 major competitions this year, the World League and World Champs.
Preliminary Roster:

Wait and see.
