Sad news for Polish middle blocker Piotr Nowakowski.
The 2014 FIVB World Champion will have surgery tomorrow (Tuesday) due to intervertebral hernia.
Piotr will be out for several months (at least four months or longer) and will therefore MISS the European Olympic Qualification Tournament in January.
His Polish club team, Resovia, has replaced him last week with Americna Russell Holmes.
