Wilfredo Leon To Play For Poland In 2019!

His debut with the Polish team is 2 years away but time flies and we can’t wait to see Wilfredo Leon leading Poland every step of the way!!!

According to the article released by sport.pl, Polish Volleyball Federation Jacek Kasprzyk confirms that the Cuban-turned-Polish Wilfredo Leon will play for Poland in 2019. The 24 year old will most likely make his debut at the 2019 FIVB World League or 2019 European Champs.

In case you didn’t know, Leon got married last year with his longtime Polish girlfriend named Małgosia. The couple welcome their first baby earlier this year.

As of press time, Leon is back in Russia with his club team Zenit Kazan to prepare for the upcoming professional season.
