Gavin Schmitt is working hard to get back in shape after a knee surgery and help the Canadian team qualify for the 2016 Olympics.

Well that didn't feel very good. Surgery this morning was a success, recovery stars now!!

Had enough of being stuck in bed and at home, time for some fresh air and coffee!! Moving already is great progress, hoping it continues like this! Gonna be hobbling around for a while though, who wants to keep me company and be my tour guide in Vancouver 👍🏻
