We couldn’t grasp this news. So Tragic!
It has been an extremely violent year in Mexico.
Over the weekend, a group of masked gunmen started shooting a group of people playing volleyball at a park in Sinaloa state (Culiacan). Report says 8 people died – mostly volleyball players – while 5 got injured.
The tragedy is not drug-cartel related but according to some witness the gunmen pretty much knew who to kill.
According to this article:
“Culiacan and the Sinaloa state have seen a lot of attacks that were drug-related. More than 40,000 people have died in attacks related to drugs, since the president announced the drug war back in 2006.”
We hope they catch those idiots murderers and put them in jail to face the consequences of their violent actions.
