We’re so HAFFFYYYYYY!
The outside hitter with the bluish eyes out of all the blue eyes we’ve ever seen (Hahahaha!) named Michal Winiarski has rejoined the Polish National Team for the 2011 FIVB World Cup which starts on November 20th in Japan. Michal, who plays for Polish club team Skra Belchatow, has been away from the international spotlight after that disappointing exit of the Polish Team at the 2010 World Championship.
Knowing that Sebastian Swiderski and Piotr Gruszka didn’t make the final cut, we expect Michal to be the leader of the team regardless if he plays in the starting or not.
Anyways, here’s Poland’s 14 player roster:
Setters: Paweł Zagumny, Łukasz Żygadło
Outside: Michał Kubiak, Bartosz Kurek, Michał Ruciak, Michał Winiarski
Opposites: Zbigniew Bartman, Jakub Jarosz
Middle Blockers: Patryk Czarnowski, Marcin Możdżonek, Piotr Nowakowski, Łukasz Wiśniewski
Liberos: Krzysztof Ignaczak, Paweł Zatorski
Welcome back BB!
We really miss you!
