She is a much better, stronger and smarter player under the guidance of Coach Jenny Lang Ping.
At 20 years old, China’s volleyball superstar has accomplished a lot. She led her team to win the 2015 FIVB World Cup where she was honored as the Most Valuable Player. Zhu and China have also qualified for the 2016 Olympics and joins host Brazil and 2015 World Cup silver medalist Serbia.
She is perhaps the youngest player to be honored as the Most Valuable Player of the FIVB World Cup and she is the 3rd Chinese player to receive such award after Sun Jinfang (1981) and Lang Ping (1985) won it from previous editions.
