Germany played a disastrous 2011 European Champs. Over a week ago, the Germany Federation & Raul Lozano mutually decided to dissolve the latter’s coaching contract due to the poor results of the men’s team. Yikes!

It has been an extremely violent year in Mexico. Over the weekend, a group of masked gunmen started shooting a group of people playing volleyball at a park in Sinaloa state (Culiacan). Violence is NEVER the answer!

A very serious act of violence took place in Athens last Saturday during a league match. Dozens of hooded hooligans entered the gymnasium during the first set and started throwing stones, sticks and other objects at almost 500 volleyball fans.
