UPDATED! For the first time in the history of the annual competition, 18 teams (16 teams in the past) will compete in the 2013 edition of the FIVB Men’s World League.

UPDATED! Kim Yeon Koung VS former club team! It looks like she is left with NO choice but to skip the 2012 Club World Champions due to MAJOR contract problems.

Oh Noooo! Luckily the new changes we are hearing are just “rumors” for now. The FIVB has not CONFIRMED nor DENIED such “new rules” effective in 2013.

Bulgaria To Host 2018 Worlds?
With Poland hosting the 2014 FIVB Men’s World Championship and now Bulgaria bidding to host the event in 2018, it’s pretty obvious that the FIVB is taking the hosting duties away from Japan.

To avoid any drama and chaos just like during the 2010 World Championships, host Poland & tourney organizers will USE a different competition formula for the 2014 FIVB Men’s World Championship.
