Volleyball players are some of the fittest athletes in the world. Volleyball alone is such a great exercise plus the training sessions players go through even make athletes develop a very toned physique plus abs to die for like the abs of Oleksiy Gutor from Ukraine & former Penn State University player, David Lee, Cristian Savani and Zbigniew Bartman just to name a few.
Luckily, we convinced Gutor, who will play in the French League this coming season, to dish his secret on how he has achieved a body like this.

In my experience the hardest part for most of the people is to get rid of the fat between the actual muscle and the skin. Once a person achieves that the trick is NOT do the same exercises over and over again(and that’s where most of the people make a mistake) but to mix the exercises so your abs don’t get used to the same things over and over again.
Gotcha Oleksiy. Thanks for the tip. We must admit, it’d take a while to achieve a body like yours but your pic inspires us to work hard.As we previously mentioned, these players also have very fit bodies which we can use as role models to get fit.
