Match #1: Bergamo (ITA) displayed great volleyball against Mirador from the Dom. Republic. Bergamo’s Queen Piccinini strained a leg muscle so she didn’t play.

Match #2: The most anticipated match of the tourney was won by Sokolova and Fenerbahce of Turkey. Brazil’s very own Osasco played their worst volleyball so far. Natalia was the best scorer of the match with 18 pts.
